ORDERS
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final after being processed at the checkout. Once the order is processed, no changes can be made, including but not limited to: removing and/or adding items to the order, combining orders, or canceling the order.
Exceptions are made if you notify us by email about the desired change BEFORE the item is shipped. Items are usually shipped within 1 to 5 hours, so you can make corrections only within 1 hour by emailing blazespaceltd@gmail.com.
Please make sure all the information in your order is correct before confirming at the checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, shipping address, and the correct use of promo codes.
What if I received my order and is faulty or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize for the issue with your order. Please contact our customer support at blazespaceltd@gmail.com. Include your order number in the request and describe the problem, and we will make sure to fix everything.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per Returns Policy above.
SHIPPING
What are your processing and delivery times?
Your order will be processed the same or next business day. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days depending on your location. As soon as your order is shipped, you will immediately receive another confirmation with a tracking number.
Do you send orders express worldwide?
Yes! For international orders, we offer delivery through DHL courier service, also through a reputable agency. In this case, delivery can take from 1 to 2 weeks and there may be an additional shipping fee! Please note this! Free and fast shipping is only available within the USA.
How much will shipping cost?
We take satisfaction in providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping and thus offer express as our standard preferred method with our reputable delivery services.
- USA: Free delivery
- International: DHL express is $20 -$30 worldwide depending on receiving country selected at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders over $500.

Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Can I get my product personalized?
A welcome message is available for all orders.
If you want to get a candle in your own design or in a color you came up with or saw online, that's possible. Just let us know at blazespaceltd@gmail.com and we will agree on the design and make a custom order for you. In this case, delivery may take about 2 weeks along with production and a shipping fee of around $20 will be charged.
